  • Only when workplace is assigned to a route point, it will be displayed on the map. If workplace is not related to any route, it is not displayed on the work route map and still operates normally. Each employee is assigned to only one Workplace and the system will compare the location where the employee is standing with the workplace's allowed radius. If it is within the allowed radius, the employee checks in successfully. If it is outside the allowed radius, the message "Your current location is not allowed". Note: If "Allow attendance by route" and "Allow attendance by coordinates" are both enabled, we prioritize attendance by route on days with route work. If days do not have a work route, timekeeping will be based on workplace. To assign a workplace to a route, we do the following: first, we create a route point and select 'Relate to' as "Workplace", then assign this route point to the employee at the Route tab, then the route is now attached to the route. New workplace displayed on the map (see attached image).
